| Job Description: |
1. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Manager Accounts will be responsible for ensuring the effective and transparent management of Accounts of FSS including CIT & SS setups in line with recognizied accounting / auditing standards and financial policies issued by AWT under the guidance and supervision of SMF.
2. SCOPE:
The Manager Accounts is responsible for Management financial statements, maintaining cash controls, Management the payroll, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and Monitor the Financial System,
- Assist with Management of the balance sheets, budgets, income and monthly financial statements along with quarterly reports and reports on variance.
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements, monitor cash reserves and investments, maintain the purchase order system and ensure data is entered into the system.
- Assist in conduct of annual internal and external audit.
- Implement financial policies and procedures, establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger and issue cheques for all accounts due.
- Ensure the safeguarding of all funds; reconcile the accounts payable and receivables and weekly deposits.
- Administer benefit entitlements, verify and report on benefits payments.
- Analyze, review and file payroll summaries, journals and reports and issue Records of Employment.
- Prepare financial reports including monthly / weekly monthly bi annually and yearly.
- Maintain insurance coverages, booking register and issue permits and licenses.
To perform any other task assigned by Senior Mgr Finance / CEO

- The incumbent must have the Knowledge of following areas,
- Computerized Accounting Programs and A/c payable and receivables.

Management of Financial Statements, Reports and Payroll System and Reporting.
