| Job Description: |
Position: Estimator / Proposal Creator
We are looking to hire an estimator for creating proposals and estimates for roof repair and replacement projects.
Full Time (minimum 40 hours per week)
Hours of operation: TBD
Duties:
- Sketch out the roof on a potential client's house using a sketching software
- Generate estimates using the data from the sketch report
- Input Estimated numbers into the proposal template
- Email proposals presenting these estimates
- Generate estimates for repairs based on cost and labour
Job Requirements
- Track record of high achievements in academics or sports
- Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative on tasks
- Extremely organized and constantly looking to improve existing operations by making it more efficient while maintaining effectiveness
- A quick learner
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Responsible and punctual
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi
- Able to work alone and on a team
- Conflict resolution skills
