We are on the hunt for Sales & Support Champions who can respond to potential clients' queries pro-actively and generate leads / sales via chat / email/phone support.

• Candidate should not hesitate to pick up the chat and follow up with potential leads in an attempt to close a sale.
• Should have a good typing speed.
• Should have prior Call Center In/Out Bound experience.

Few job responsibilities and required skills include.

• Understanding the client's requirements and providing appropriate solutions in order to add value to their business.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, Chat, email.
• Fluency in US/ UK Accent will be preferred.
• Willingness to engage in direct sales and customer service calls.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications.
• Sales attitude is a must.

Shift Based Timings:

• There will be three shifts per day, and candidate will be accommodated in shift as per their convenience and availability.
• This is NOT a Call Center job, and the selected candidate would be required to provide end to end support to his / her clients (From order placement to product delivery) 
• Fixed Salary with an uncapped commission on sales.
