Job Description:

Provides confidential secretarial and administrative support General Secretary, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing wih administrative problems.

  • Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals.
  • Monitors and coordinates accounting activities as appropriate, and prepares internal reports for management.
  • Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office.
  • Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Alot of room for growth.
  • Once you show that you're an individual that is willing to go the extra mile and put in the hard work you will be promoted.
  • Must be a team player, honest, hard worker.
