A fast pace emerging fresh fruit and vegetables supplier organization is seeking for an enthusiastic and energetic resource for the position of CRO (Work from home) for bridging the communication between customers and the company.

• Coordinating issues of customers with the company in on daily basis
• Communicating the problems to the relevant department of the company
• Assisting in navigating the  solution and keeping the track of the resolve
• Escalating the issue to notify the relevant authorities and ensuring the communication of solution provided and implementation on daily basis
• Everyday sales and purchase reconciliation
• Preparing price list
• Dealing with customers maintaining their ledgers
• Verifying customers accounts, paying vendors, and resolving GRN, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Comparing prices, terms of payments and other charges Filing / Scanning all the necessary documentation 
• Tallying other supplier and customers balances Managing retail and accounting software
• Coordinating with purchase and sales department for daily accounting queries.
• Ensure that dealing with all staff and suppliers should be in a professional manner
• Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the operation manager
• Must be proficient in M.S. Office Excel & M.S. Word
