Job Description:

City view hotel We are looking for a Hotel Female Front Desk Officer to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Responsibilities:

1.Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

2.Manage online and phone reservations

3.Inform customers about payment methods.

4.Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay

5.Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

6.Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

7.Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

8.Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

9.Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

10.Registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
