4. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
5. Conduct interviews, follow-up references
6. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
7. Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
8. Follow up with the stakeholders and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
