COOK Functions:

• Cook Lunch on a daily basis at the office;
• Purchase raw materials for cooking from market on daily basis;
• Clean & wash vegetables, fruits & make them ready for service;
• Keep the hygiene and tidiness of kitchen and make sure the refrigerator is clean all the time;
• Sorted out the kitchen foodstuff in daily basis and make sure to remove spoiled food stuff (meat, fruits, cooked dishes from kitchen;
• Keep spoilable foodstuffs in refrigerator;
• Boil water & make tea / coffee;
• Wash and clean crockery after each time of meals and arrange them in cupboards;
• Clean the kitchen after each time of meals every day;
• Have contact with purchaser for providing foodstuffs;
• Clean kitchen everyday;
• Suggest new food menu from time to time.
• Any other tasks related to this can be given
