| Job Description: |
- You will be responsible for handling the hiring requirements of US based clients.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication is a MUST.
- You will be recruiting candidates for multiple IT positions like Developers, Designers, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Project Manager, Software Architect, Systems Analyst, etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including JD understanding, interviewing and shortlisting quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Target oriented
- Have experience of US recruitment laws
- Experience: 3+ years
