Kingdom Group seeks a Civil Engineer with a civil retail site work background. Kingdom Group is a growing company with an extension of business in CBD, RUDA, Islamabad, and Gawadar including multiple retail development projects.
Job Description:
Civil Engineer will be responsible for performing planning-related analysis. AutoCAD drafting, graphics, & mapping also assist in plan designs. Must be able to supervise a group of technicians.
Skills & Education:
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, and proficiency in ESRI, ARC GIS, ARC mapping software.
- Knowledge of the principle methods and practices used in planning and zoning.
- Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to use MS Office.
- Able to operate and properly utilize a variety of office equipment including but not limited to plotter various printers/copiers.
- Able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Able to complete complex projects and tasks in cooperation with other employees and supervisors.
- Able to troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems related to GIS and CAD systems.
- Read & Interpret plats, construction blueprints, and drawings.
- Able to supervise 2-3 CAD/GIS technicians in a workgroup.
- Photoshop a plus.
