Assures that his or her firm remains compliant with the (EEOC) Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, by implementing policies for the proper documentation and maintenance of all human resource files.
5. Educational Requirements
A Person with the degree of MBA /MPA specialization in HR or A four-year degree in human resource management, labor relations or equivalent is typically required. Compute literacy must.
