We are currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams, we are hiring experienced call center agents for our Medicare Campaign.

Job Responsibility:

• The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing and taking calls professionally and confidently.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
• Manage outbound calls promptly.
• Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with precise information.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, and with a good accent.
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
• The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
