As a Limousine Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and dispatching of our limousine drivers, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional transportation services. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Responding to client inquiries and requests for transportation services
• Scheduling and coordinating the dispatch of limousine drivers
• Monitoring the status of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely arrival and departure
• Keeping track of the daily schedule of drivers and vehicles
• Resolving any issues that may arise during a transportation service
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation services provided

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Limousine Dispatcher or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in the use of dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and local roadways is a plus (US Based, Ny Area)
