• Previous experience in dispatching
• Must have good verbal communication skills
• knowledge of Flatbed, Dry Van, Flatebed, Box Truck e.t.c and specialized freight
• Must be able to interact effectively within all levels of the Customer`s
• Ability to work under US Hours
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Understand load boards
• Required Education College and Higher

Responsibilities:

Communicates with drivers and customers through computers or phones, and assigns carriers to routes

Ensures drivers are on time and keeps track of status of route and delivery completion

Acts as liaison and answers incoming phone calls from drivers on the road

Keeps customers informed of delivery status

Reviews pictures of merchandise and signatures

You will be responsible for driving the sales process with potential prospects

Contact Prospective clients through cold calls and emails

Achieve all individuals activity and revenue targets set by the company

Provide recommendations based on the prospect`s business needs and negotiate contract terms

Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and account executives

Work across multiple departments to ensure common objectives are reached

Reschedule/Follow up with prospects if meetings
