| Job Description: |
- To monitor operational budget in Fleet, Admin and Procurement Operations, based on the regular budget that has been made, to ensure the activities in accordance with the departmental objectives.
- Maintain, develop and implement systems to track and report on actual and forecast costs to manage the Procurement and Logistics cost exposure within the regional office across the portfolio and programs and by project.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- To actively work across all regions with the Regional Managers as part of the Regional Leadership team.
- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service.
