Emerging mineral water company requires staff for the mentioned position

• Recruitment, including interviewing, shortlisting and hiring candidates
• Building and managing a new team from scratch
• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Team management and employee engagement
• Good communication and work relationship with management
