| Job Description: |
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of training programs for the Institute. The coordinator will work closely with the Regional Head - Training & Development to implement training programs, schedule and organize training sessions, and manage the logistics of the training process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Head of Training to develop and implement training programs
- Schedule and organize training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and coordinating with participants
- Manage the logistics of the training process, including preparing training materials, arranging refreshments, and ensuring that all participants have the necessary equipment and materials
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide feedback to the Regional Head - T&D.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and participant evaluations
- Act as a liaison between the Institute and external training providers, coordinating with them to schedule and deliver training programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, trainers, and other internal and external partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for education and training

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility.
