| Job Description: |
- To assist in all logistics and admin related activities at allocated health facilities level.
- To assist in timely supplies of medical/non-medical items at facility level.
- To assist in proper record monitoring of fuel, log books, maintenance of ambulances.
- To assist in setting up offices for MERF staff at facility level.
- To support in minor renovation & repair work at health facility level.
- To ensure the timely general item supplies and stationary.
- Proper coordination with Health manager and Logistics officer to improve facilities.
- To provide support in assets and inventory management of stock at health facility level.
- To handle petty cash/float on health facility level.
- To facilitate and support in procurements and fleet on health facility level.
- Day to day reports to line manager on regular basis.
- Any other task/s assigned by line manager.
