Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
- Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
Job Requirements:
- O Levels/Matric or above
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Able to use computer and office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
- Neutral accent
