We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager for MAGMV’s subsidiary MANPOWER engaged to recruit and export of skilled/ semi-skilled manpower (Overseas employment). 

Position Summary:

Your role will be to establish the base infrastructure of the new entity (MANPOWER) with all policies, procedures and ground work and business potential / projections for the future

Job Responsibilities:

• Do necessary market research, competition analysis and identify opportunities for manpower export / overseas placements.
• Should be well versed to obtain Labor Export License or other necessary approvals from relevant government departments to act as OEP
• Understand all prevailing laws and best practices for local recruitment and overseas placement.
• Knows how to complete the required visa processing for skilled / semi-skilled workforce for international placements
• Develop business plan and financial budgets, their execution and minoring
• Hire and develop necessary high performing team and subject matter specialists for the company.
• Developing sales pipeline / coordination with ministry / international customers to identify placements opportunities
• Develop affiliations & networking with local and international recruiters for business development
• Develop affiliations & networking with technical institutes for talent sourcing
• Sourcing / exploring talent fit for placement opportunities – directly or through other recruiters / agencies or technical institutes
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall business plan of the company.
• Brand building and marketing strategies.
• Responsible for profit and loss account of the company  

Eligibility Skills / Potential Required

An ideal candidate:

• Should be a holder of minimum Master’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Should have at least 5 years or more experience in a manpower recruitment and overseas placement of workforce (Both skilled and Semi-skilled).
• Should be well versed in the process and procedures of labor license, visas, security and paper work of the overseas workforce.
• Should Know overseas contractual obligations of various key countries and companies within Pakistan engaged in manpower business
