| Job Description: |
Looking for a career opportunity in bookkeeping and data entry? We have an exciting role for a qualified/part-qualified Data Entry Operator/Invoice Processor to join our German Accounts team. This is a full-time office-based position located in Johar town, Lahore and is available to candidates based in Lahore only.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel and restaurant-related accounting procedures and systems, with further initial training provided for the right candidate.
- As part of the team, you will be responsible for posting invoices and payments, credit and debtor control, petty cash vouchers, and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Additionally, you will be processing payroll and related documents for multiple clients.
- To be successful in this role, you should have working knowledge and experience of accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc., and be proficient in handling documents software like Hub Docs, Dext, etc.
- You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, excellent typing speed with accuracy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working both independently and as part of a team.
- If you are hardworking, flexible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Fluent English or German language will be a bonus.
