| Job Description: |
- Provides admission related information to students and parents.
- Receive Continuation and Transfer forms from the students, gets clearance from Program Coordinator and VP Academics and forwards to the record office.
- Prepares admission letters & orientation kits for the successful candidates.
- Provides support in filing and maintaining data, preparing list of admission cancellation, helping in designing and developing all promotional material.
- Assisting Manager Admissions in programs promotion and advertising activities, participating in education fairs, education expos for promotion of SZABIST program.
- Collection & distribution of registration forms, examination forms, results, degrees of/for University of London.
- Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, fee structure, certificate course form collection, seeking approval of PM / HoD / VP.
- Preparing bonafide letters, visa letter, maintaining continuation and transfer statistics, updating profile of continuation students and assigning registration number in ZABDESK.
