We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Call Center Agent .The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers for various domestic campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers for domestic campaigns
• Convincing customers to purchase products/services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum education Matriculation up to Graduation
• Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary of 27K PKR per month
