| Job Description: |
- Supervises the civil work of Educational Building facilities.
- Does project planning of new civil work for the Educational Building.
- Designs the structural elements of building civil work.
- Reviews the civil work documents from the consultants office for projects.
- Prepares orders for civil work supplies and materials.
- Supervises the work of the contractor during the project life cycle.
- Reviews and approves the monthly vendor payments for construction projects.
- Reviews the plans for Air Conditioning, drainage, water supply, and other facilities for projects.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
