| Job Description: |
- Managing end-to-end payroll, records, and relevant documentation.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Processes the companys payroll every month.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Provide payroll processing back-up support as and when required.
- Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
- Verification and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- Performance appraisal and review
- Processing of employee loans and salary advance applications.
- Processing offinal settlements of employees.
