We are looking for a fresher Call CenterRepresentative for full shifts which is able to be the connection between our company and its current customers. The successful candidates are able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfied at any cost.

Responsibilities and skills:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and responding customers in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different kinds of topics.
• Strong phone and a good fluency in communication skills and speaking along with active listening.
• Time management skills and problem solving skills are required.
