Responsibilities

• Responsible for all in-house digital media creative designs
• Edit and Finalize shoot videos using graphic designing tools
• Develop illustration and graphic design work across our digital and social media channels
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce artwork for various marketing campaigns
• Creating artwork for new real estate projects, digital banners etc. with the use of graphic software (Photoshop)
• Develop customer centric works (including short videos) and multiple formats of creative concepts to showcase our products
• Maintenance & updating web platform for new real estate project uploads and overall website maintenance
• Ensure consistency in brand identity for all media touchpoints
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with style of brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field from reputable institution
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
