READ Foundationis a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that ensures quality education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all. Since 1994, it has been striving to provide locally relevant, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to the challenges of access, quality, and equity in education in rural areas of Pakistan through formal and non-formal programming. It today runs 400 schools with 118,000 pupils and 5,948 teachers.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Keep close liaison with the donors and well-wishers of the organization.
  • Maintain, update, and monitor donors data; reactivate inactive donors.
  • Expand donor base motivates existing donors to become long-term partners.
  • Keep all donors aware of activities, and progress on their sponsored projects/child/children and ensures regular contact with them.
  • Send greeting cards, news bulletins, brochures, etc., and informs donors of the schedule of documentary/commercials to be aired.
  • Assign new student/s in case the sponsored sschool.
  • Receive and record all transactions and submit the same to the Finance and Accounts Department to issue receipts.
