This is an on-site position for 3D Modeler-night shift

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D modeler and work on various architectural projects for our international client. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, using various software applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to understand the project requirements and specifications
• Create realistic and accurate 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, based on plans, sketches, and reference materials
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and effects to enhance the visual quality of the models and animations
• Optimize the models and animations for performance and quality
• Ensure that the models and animations meet the project standards and deadlines
• Communicate with the design team and clients to receive feedback and make revisions as needed
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in 3D design, graphic design, architectural visualization, or related field
• Proven experience as a 3D modeler or 3D visualiser in the architectural industry
• Portfolio of previous 3D modeling and animation projects
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, such as SketchUp, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.
• Knowledge of rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine, etc.
• Strong artistic and technical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
