We are seeking an experienced Take Off Estimator to join our team. As a Take Off Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and quantifying construction materials, and preparing and submitting bids for mainly tenant build-out projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure that bids are submitted on time and meet the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must work from our Office located in Lahore, in US Eastern Time Zone
• Must be Reliable, honest, dependable and team player.
• Accurately measure and quantify construction materials required for tenant build-out projects.
• Prepare and submit bids for tenant build-out projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure bids meet the project requirements.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes for materials and equipment.
• Create and maintain detailed project cost estimates.
• Monitor and adjust project costs as necessary.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
• Can work with different Take-Off software.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Take Off Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software like PlanSwift etc.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
