Job Description:

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the “Phone Banking Officer” position for one of its leading clients in the banking sector.

Brief Job Description:

To ensure phone calls and listen to customer's questions and concerns·
To ensure customers have questions about Bank products and try to solve any problems they might have following Bank's procedures.

Experience: Fresh or 1 years experience

Rotational Shift Only For Males Only / Females will have morning shift only

Education: Graduation is a must in any discipline Students with Bonafide Letter and ADP Students can also apply. (Appeared & Waiting for results will not be entertained).Age Limit: Maximum up to 29 years.

Salary: 25,000 basic + Allowances

Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night) for Males.(Morning shift for females)Gender: Male/ Female

Location: Karachi

Note:· Candidate must have his own conveyance· Should be willing to work rotational shifts ( morning, evening, night)· Bachelors Complete ( degree or transcript needed)· Anyone enrolled in Masters's program will not be entertained· Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for the position.
