HR Manager Responsibilities:

• To depute appropriate vehicles for transportation on day to day basis as per clients requirement.
• To put efforts and coordinate with Marketing Manager for getting the business of idled vehicles
• To control inventories, leakages and theft of fuel, spare parts, oil etc. which are parked in the companys store.
• To ensure that the parts and equipments for the vehicles are procured at genuine prices and are not over charged to the company.
• To ensure that no transportation is carried out unless a job number is allocated by head office.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee / Drivers performance.
• Ensuring that all employees /Drivers are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees/Drivers.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

HR Manager Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Protecting the interests of all employees/Drivers.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
