| Job Description: |
- Ensure utilities are available at all times for assigned equipment operations
- Evaluate & improve the performance of utilities equipment
- Identify & execute the equipment performance improvement projects in utilities
- Assess the utilization of current equipment & prepare the feasibility studies for any CAPEX requirement
- Ensure the manufacturing IT infrastructure is up & live all the time
- Monitor BMS for effective utilization of all the energy outputs & continuous improvement
- Make sure that all MEP facilities are up & running when & where required
- Maintains all the as-built civil & MEP drawings / layouts
- Custodian for all licenses / approvals from government bodies as well as their timely upgradation based on expiry periods
- Make sure all utilities equipment operates with optimal cost of chemicals, energy & manpower
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Coordinate and work with Government officials and other inspectors as required. Provide relevant documents, answer queries and discuss observation with auditors during any quality or Assigned equipment audit
- Ensure compliance of corrective & preventive maintenance, in accordance with the OEM principle & Corporate HSE guidelines, policy and protocol, also their implementation, review and according to auditing of the Company for HSE/ISO/OHSAS/FSSC/BRC Systems
- Prepare and perform Annual Shutdown Maintenance in close coordination with Maintenance Team
- Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of Mechanical/electrical/utilities systems, components, and products also Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical systems, components
- Review & act on insights from maintenance KPI’s for breakdown hrs, expense, man hour expense equipment/plant wise via SAP
- Ensure spare parts availability in engineering store
- Responsible for SAP Plant Maintenance Module utilization and integration with Preventive Maintenance Plan, implementation on day-to-day tasks being performed
- Create and monitor all system documents via SAP (i.e Maintenance Orders, Purchase requisition, Material Reservation, Maintenance Plans, Notification, Cost tracker)
- Attend and participate in all meeting, including HSE/Technical/Departmental, to enhance the personnel skills and capability of department
- Supervise and train maintenance team members as per their need also engage maintenance team on behalf of their skill for efficiency improvement of plant and machinery.
- Ensure the implementation of technical training plan for departmental workers.
