| Job Description: |
- Fleet management
- Daily car tracking and reporting
- To keep record of documentation (Registration Books, Route Permits & Passes of fitness) of all vehicles
- To renew documentation of all vehicles
- Everyday have to check log book (KM In/Out) of vehicle and signature.
- To keep check on variations of Kilometers according to area-wise.
- Daily mileage report, as per SOP’s
- To check vehicle’s & its cabin security locks
- Monitoring and Controlling Vehicle Related work order, its quotations & Expenses.
- Vehicle’s work order processing (As per policy)
- Verification of Shop Quotations for Vehicle Repair, Maintenance expenses.
