As a Freight Dispatch Executive, your role will be pivotal in coordinating and managing the efficient transportation of goods for our international campaign, with a primary focus on the US market. If you possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in an international truck dispatching role, preferably in the USA, we encourage you to apply.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (US Hours)

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with truck drivers regarding freight details, delivery or pickup times, and any special handling requests.
• Collaborate with Brokers/Shippers to provide accurate freight details, keep them updated on delivery or pickup times, and address any queries or concerns.
• Plan pre-determined routes and make necessary adjustments to ensure the transportation process is efficient and punctual.
• Maintain precise records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, delivery and pickup times, and other pertinent information.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and laws, including DOT regulations, to ensure drivers' adherence to legal requirements.
• Review drivers' logs, dispatched calls, and arrival times for accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration with team members to optimize operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dispatcher in a similar industry, specifically handling end-to-end dispatch processes in the US/Canada markets.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to monitor drivers' logs, truck maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Thorough understanding of applicable transportation regulations and laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
