The Candidate/Incumbent should:

• Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.
• Maintaining Petty Cash Statements, Daily Expense Book etc.
• Making Production Report, quality Reports, Stock Report and Inpass and Out pass Report, Dispatch Report on daily Basis
• Seeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.
• Command on Peach Tree accounting software will be preferred.
• Must be expert in Excel, Word, Emails and Web Browsing
• Prepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivables
• Review monthly Financial Assessment of company's performance
• Timely identification and rectification of financial and operational concerns
• Must scrutinize and authorize the petty cash of the Factory

• Payroll Processing, Attendance Processing, Production Reporting, Daily Quality Reporting, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Maintaining different Registers, Voucher Management,

Tools

• Sage Peach Tree, Excel, Word, Browsing

Certifications

• CA, ACCA, B.Com, M.Com or Relevant

Experience:

• Atleast 2-3 Years of working Experience in a big firm.
