| Job Description: |
- To Supervise and update the daily, weekly, monthly, 500 hours and 1,000 hours performance charts of machinery at workshop and site. And maintain Separate file of each machinery and update it accordingly
- To acquire to supervise the daily, weekly, monthly, 500 hours and 1,000 hours maintenance charts of each machineries and its equipment at workshop and site.
- To evolve, update and supervise the daily, weekly, monthly, 500hours and 1,000hours consumption charts of each machineries and its equipment at workshop on site.
- Responsible to brief the complete and updated information about performance and condition of machineries and its equipment with your reporting line.
- To ensure the machineries and its equipment’s work as per SOP of maintenance.
- To train your subordinates how they effectively and efficiently maintain the machineries.
- Conduct trainings to operators about maintenance, safety, greasing of equipment and optimal operations of machinery.
- Train the mechanics about maintenance, greasing of equipment and optimal use of the machinery as per its manuals.
- To search the updated manuals of machineries and you are required to familiar with them.
- Implementation and maintenance of the log book of each machinery.
- Maintain the daily progress report of your subordinates.
- Establish the file of machinery and its maintenance record as per Manuals.
- Weekly maintenance and progress report of machineries.
- Maintain the record of quantity and quality of diesel and hydraulics.
- It’s your responsibility to ensure the quality and quantity of equipment’s and lubricants of all machinery.
- Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications that improve safety and reliability.
- Working in coordination with the marketing and accounts department for the sale and rent of machinery.
- Manage complete data of your subordinates and machineries.
- Ensure that every subordinate is working as per defined JD’s.
- Ensure & verify the mechanical purchasing and maintain its record with signature
- Any other task signed by reporting line and management
