| Job Description: |
- To design, develop course where necessary himself on in coordination with vendors to develop specific modules of the courses as per IBP’s requirement.
- To inspect elements of training to ensure that it meets the objectives and is clear to customers
- To identify areas where preparation of e-learning modules/certifications will add value to IBP & customers.
- To liaise with Training team for mutual understanding of programs offered from IBP’s platform and create coherence in classroom based and online trainings.
- To liaise with subject experts for vetting of information and review of content
- To pilot the programs before openly announcing it
- To control, panel of speakers for online training (if any)
- To support management in any such initiatives pertinent to e-learning
