| Job Description: |
The Position
Contour Software requires an Office Automation & Accounting Documents Designer, to join the team at our Karachi or Lahore office, to work as part of the Jonas Construction ERP division’s Professional Services department. The selected individual shall work directly for his/her manager located in Toronto.
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc, for client ERP implementations.
- Utilizing Mail Merge to personalize outgoing communication to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Core Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Office Automation, Graphics, Accounting or any other relevant field.
- 1-10 years’ experience in an administrative, accounting or document designing role.
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.
- Photoshop, Paint.NET or other similar tools.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
