Job Description: |
We are loocking for Female Receptionist with the following JD:
- Handling incoming calls and ensure calls are promptly answered and correctly transferred.
- Check Message box and ensure that all calls/messages are returned or are alerted to the correct department accordingly, message taking.
- Receiving visitors, attend to vendors, etc. Ensure that visitors are received in a professional manner and receiving party is informed of their arrival. Visitors are signed in the Visitors’ book.
- Ensure letters are correctly franked and sent out daily.
- Sort and distribute mails, ensure that letters and deliveries are correctly delivered to departments.
- Assist Admin , HR & Accounts department in clerical work
- Courier services (Local and Overseas) – arrange for collection and tracking of important documents.
- Update telephone list periodically.
- Maintain tidiness/cleanliness at reception area at all times and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use before each meeting.
- Building maintenance, e.g. contact Management office for office lights, aircon malfunctions, etc.
- Booking of meeting rooms when required.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Admin Manager & Secretarial.
- Working closely with vendors.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Ms Office.
- Possess a good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant disposition, able to work independently.
- Initiative and alert.
