We are loocking for Female Receptionist with the following JD:

• Handling incoming calls and ensure calls are promptly answered and correctly transferred.
• Check Message box and ensure that all calls/messages are returned or are alerted to the correct department accordingly, message taking.
• Receiving visitors, attend to vendors, etc. Ensure that visitors are received in a professional manner and receiving party is informed of their arrival. Visitors are signed in the Visitors’ book.
• Ensure letters are correctly franked and sent out daily.
• Sort and distribute mails, ensure that letters and deliveries are correctly delivered to departments.
• Assist Admin , HR & Accounts department in clerical work
• Courier services (Local and Overseas) – arrange for collection and tracking of important documents.
• Update telephone list periodically.
• Maintain tidiness/cleanliness at reception area at all times and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use before each meeting.
• Building maintenance, e.g. contact Management office for office lights, aircon malfunctions, etc.
• Booking of meeting rooms when required.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Admin Manager & Secretarial.
• Working closely with vendors.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Ms Office.
• Possess a good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant disposition, able to work independently.
• Initiative and alert.
