| Job Description: |
- To administer accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Draw up monthly financial reports.
- Review and process expense report.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls.
- Preparing Bank reconciliations.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
- To design and understand cost flow to determine job order costing according to the system.
- To review and analyze machine and labor hours, overhead costs and allocations, production rates, raw material cost and manufacturing process changes.
- Prepare report on break-even point.
- To prepare estimates of new and proposed product costs.
- To analyze actual manufacturing expenses and prepares periodic reports; comparing standard costs to actual production cost, identify potential efficiencies and cost saving.
