Job Description: |
Job Objective
Assist Manager Policy & Procedures in development of Operational Policy & Procedures for all segment/units of the Bank and keep them current at all times by immediately incorporating all changes/amendments in systems, applications, structures, products, services and etc.
Key Responsibilities
Compilation, Development and Review of Banking Policies & Procedures
- Assist Manager Policy & Procedures for compiling and developing Banking Operations Policies & Procedures in line with SBP Regulations, Applicable Laws, Internal Policies & Business needs.
- Proficiently mapping the processes in line with Policies & Procedures for ease of understanding.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders to have all Policies & Procedures reviewed, finalized & approved.
- Interact with Internal /External Auditors as well as SBP inspection teams to review/evaluate/address Policies & Procedures related findings/comments.
Record Keeping
- Be the focal contact point for record keeping of review, updation and approval records related to Policy & Procedures.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure Updated Policies and Procedures are appropriately disseminated.
- Keeping Polices & Procedures and updations thereon current at the respective shared folder/Web portal.
Miscellaneous
- Interact with Internal /External Auditors as well as SBP inspection teams to review/evaluate/address Policies & Procedures related findings/comments.
- Any other assignment assigned by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other attributes
- Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Finance from an HEC recognized/overseas university. Certification in IBP will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience preferably relative to BCP & DR operations in any commercial bank.
- Knowledge of SBP & SECP regulations is a pre requisite.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Sound understanding of banking regulations. Incumbent’s role as banking operations trainer will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Willing to travel across KBL network.
