WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

A skilled candidate who is good at communication and has a flair for telemarketing. You will be responsible for generating quality sales/leads through outbound calls and other possible channels. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.


• Track old prospects and maintain a follow-up record.


• Schedule appointments and coordinate with other members of the sales department


• Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.


• Prepare/send sales emails to clients based on their requirements.

SPECIFICATION

A Sales position is a dynamic and high growth oriented role at Reach First. You will be working as part of our sales team and will be placed on a serious role to help the department achieve its financial goals and growth target.

• Interested candidates who have worked with popular call centers and/or IT companies, or have considerable experience in sales and support roles for overseas firms/projects will be given preference.


• Those who are fresh but have strong communication skills and have natural Canadian/US accent are also encouraged to apply for this position.


• Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree or have completed their A-Levels/Intermediate are also eligible.


• We offer a basic salary ranging from Rs35000 - Rs45000 + Health Insurance + Career Growth + Congenial Work Environment + Company Sponsored events (picnics, trips etc).

 Note: We operate in night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) with Saturday and Sunday off.
