| Job Description: |
The qualified person is required immidiately who will perform following duties but not limited to: -
-
Answer incoming calls.
-
Direct calls to relavant staff, or departments through the PBX system.
-
Places outgoing calls.
-
Receive clients messages and deliver the same to the relevant staff or department.
-
Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations.
- Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
- Any other tasks as required for a good telephone operator executive.
