- Develops, prioritizes, and implements tactical project plans, including event logistics.
- Negotiates contracts and maintains relationships with preferred vendors and entertainers.
- Assists with the different departments.
- Directly supervises vendors and event staff.
- Responsible for internal event communication.
- Manage and assist in set-up.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
