| Job Description: |
1- Assist in the closing of petty cash adjustments.
2- Maintain complete record of day to day expensive related to petty cash account.
3- To maintain and monitor budget utilization related to administration department.
4- To maintain and calculate control sheet of admin renovation projects.
5- To process the payments of administration department and maintain record.
6- Coordination with vendors regarding payments and account related matters
7- Handle cash safe of admin and check ledger on daily basis. |
