| Job Description: |
- Monitor and manage all communication and resolve networking problems through effective implementation of preventive measures for IT network.
- Determine and maintain all programs according to company and vendor standards.
- Establish and ensure maintenance of notification according to requirements and monitor effects on system.
- Inspect and recommend appropriate installation of operating systems and ensure better optimization process.
- Analyze and identify all technical problems and provide consultation and training to help all users.
- Assist users and provide Macbooks, PC, laptop, printer and network break support.
- Analyze IT network systems and ensure compliance to all IT standard practices for job.
- Prepare and maintain all records and files in relation to IT assets, network performance and problems for all routers/switches, LAN and Linux servers.
- Assist users and communicate all IT policies to users and ensure user compliance.
- Develop and facilitate various initiatives to develop user compliance activities.
- Analyze and resolve problems and provide backup to company telephone system.
- Implement and ensure upkeep of daily tape backups.
