Job Description:

We’re looking for a seasoned WLAN / Wifi Survey Expert to implement projects with our strong team of engineers. We want someone that is proficient with WLAN networking and you’ll need to be flexible, motivated and excited to take on new challenges.

Role & Responsibilities 

TheWLAN / Wifi Survey Expert will be supporting and performing survey, design and installation duties.

Responsibilities in the critical customer-facing role include: 

- Responsible to support remotely worldwide wireless projects.

- Must be Air Magnet Pro or ESS survey tool proficient.

- Responsible for the delivery of Wireless Planning, Design, Implementation & Optimization Services. 

- Perform architectural planning and design, as well as configuration and integration support within project  delivery and ongoing consultative engagements. 

- Provide operational support for complex, wireless network deployments.

- Participate in or lead Wifi network design, performance engineering or problem resolution projects. 

- Assist in development of business and technical requirement.

- Assist in the development of high-level and low-level design activities.

- Assist in the development of network implementation planning.

Minimum Requirement:

- Air Magnet Pro or ESS survey experience.

- 3 years’ experience in WLAN network engineering.

- In depth knowledge of Wireless technology 

- IP networking, LAN switching, etc

- Thorough understanding of WLAN authentication, security and network management 

- Experience designing and deploying key WLAN applications including Secure Mobility, Voice over WLAN, Location Based Services, and Wireless Guest Access 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
