Job Description: |
- Leading team of Accounts, Store, Purchase, Security at restaurant.
- Maintain High standard at restaurant by quality production, sanitation & cleanliness.
- Ensure effective & efficient activities of production and consumption.
- Repair and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment.
- Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of business by supporting in areas of HR, IT and other technicalities.
- Oversee all financial management activities at restaurant as per policy. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
- Control inventory.
- Payroll Management by current head counts vs. Standard Employment level as per Policy.
- Play a significant role in planning, including initiatives geared toward operations excellence.
- Liaison with Government related departments.
- Improve operations system and procedure in support of Company objectives.
