| Job Description: |
- Primarily responsible for providing support to clients and partner Financial Institution’s on settlement and reconciliation, Billing queries.
- Supervion of daily Financial operations, settlement reconciliation for all partner Financial Institution’s using Internal and Network settlement reports while maintaining all SLA commitments.
- Supervion of monthly client processing billing.
- Supervision of pricing function to ensure we are delivering required business proposal within required SLA timelines.
- Supervion of monthly reports including revenue forecasting.
- Co-ordination with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issue with regards to Settlement and Reconciliation.
- Ensure that Financial Operations team is maintaining all daily/monthly deadlines in terms of SLA.
